Who's the Doyle?

The owner of a monstrosity of a house going up near Rennies Mill River is having problems with vandalism on the construction site. The owner, a cougar named Florence Saunders, suspects her own housekeeping staff. Flo hires Jake to go undercover as her servant to find out who is up to the vandalism and why. Jake finds out that City Council, unable to prevent the construction of the house, have paid Flo's staff to vandalize the construction and force her to change plans.

When Flo finds out, she threatens to build a house on Rennies Mill Road that extends in a mushroom shape covering the entire city, blocking out the sun. Republic of Doyle producers burst onto the scene demanding to know how they will get such pretty shots of "the town", and things get quite chaotic for a few minutes. A mob forms with the intention of tossing Flo into St. John's harbour, but Jake ends up in the harbour instead, disgusted by the filth, but pleased that his shirt is wet.

A compromise is made when Jake suggests that Flo build a Costco on Scavenger Drive and live in that. Doyle realizes the thing he's had for cougars all these years, and begins hanging out at The Sundance.
